Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation (AAACF)
Pipe Dream Scholarship Fund: $5,000 award
Established in 2004 by an anonymous donor, scholarships will be awarded to students at the University of Michigan or Eastern Michigan University who are of Polish descent and who are working to help support themselves. The awards may be used for tuition and books.
Number of Available Awards: Three - Four
Scholarship Criteria:
- Will be an undergraduate or graduate student, full or part-time, at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor or Dearborn or Eastern Michigan University
- Will be working to pay at least a portion of own educational expenses
- Polish national living legally in the United States on a valid visa OR have parents that are from Poland
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Non-smoker

- Scholarship Recommendation Form
- Written essay on the following topic: What my Polish heritage means to me. (Uploaded as an attachment)
